6 Burger Buns
3/4 lb turkey breast, roughly minced
1/2 lb premium pork sausages, skins removed
3 rashers smoked bacon, chopped
Half teaspoon crushed chili flakes
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of fruit chutney
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp of mustard
2-3 tablespoons of oil for cooking
6 American cheese slices (optional)
Place the sausage meat, turkey breast, scallion, bacon, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and fruit chutney in a blender or food processor and mix just a few seconds.
remove the lid and sprinkle salt, pepper and pepper flakes evenly.
Mix again until all forms of a thin.
Use a spatula to drain the mixture and form into 6 equal sized hamburger hamburgers.
put your hands in flour to prevent the mixture from sticking Christmas burger.
Fry in a little oil, 3 burgers in half and low temperature for 6-8 minutes,
turning once or twice. Done and Enjoy!
