Chicken Stew Recipe
1 kg chicken
5 Green cold (cut in half)
1 dessertspoon Garlic (chopped)
1 desertspoon Ginger (chopped)
1 cup Onion (cut lengthwise)
2 desertspoon Vinegar
1 stalk curry leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
Wash and clean the chicken pieces.
Peel potatoes and cut into small pieces.
Heat oil in a skillet, add onion, garlic, fresh ginger and green and sauté well.
Add cardamom, cloves and cinnamon and sauté.
Add pepper powder and curry leaves and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Now add the chicken pieces, salt and vinegar and mix well.
Add milk and cook .
When chicken pieces are half done, add potatoes, mix well and cook.
When the chicken and potatoes are done pieces, add the milk .
