2 slices bread, crumbled
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
salt and pepper to taste
1 can black beans, well drained
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Sautee onions until tender, about 3-5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine beans until almost smooth.
Add sauteed onions and remaining ingredients except the oil, add a few tablespoons of flour at a time to mix.
The mixture is thick.
Mixed cakes, bean-shaped, about ½ inch thick and fry burgers in a little oil until slightly firm. Done and enjoy!
