Ingredients:
4 slices of kiwi
1 cup Halved strawberries
1 cup melon Balled
1 cup drained mandarin
1/3 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon honey
Directions:
Combine all fruit in a large bowl and mix to well assorted fruits.
In a small bowl combine the honey and orange juice and mix well.
Pour this mixture over fruit and place in freezer for 30 minutes before serving.

Ingredients:
2 cups melon cube
1 cup blueberries
1 cup Halved strawberries
1 tablespoon condensed milk
2 cups honeydew melon
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 large banana sliced
1/3 cup orange juice
Directions:
Combine orange juice and condensed milk in a small bowl.
In a large bowl, combine all fruit and mix well, or do as a rainbow color scheme.
To wear orange and serve as a bowl of fruit salad downtown.

Ingredients:
3 chicken breast halves (cooked and cut into 1/4 strips)
1 cup bean sprouts
1 head lettuce (chopped)
1 cup spinach green
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 cup water chestnuts cooked
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 slice lemon
Directions:
In a small bowl mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil and a squeeze of lime and mix well.
This will be used for a light dressing. Next combine the lettuce, spinach greens, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, and chicken breast pieces in a large bowl.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Pour the dressing,

Ingredients:
1 cup broccoli crowns
3 pounds small red potatoes
1/2 cup Hidden Valley Ranch Cracked Peppercorn
1/2 red onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Boil potatoes until soft and steamed broccoli crowns for a few minutes to ensure that the crowns are still crisp.
Combine the crown of broccoli, red onion, and potatoes and mix well.
Pour on the Hidden Valley Ranch Peppercorn Cracked and add salt and pepper to desired taste.
Refrigerate
