Chicken RecipesApricot Chicken recipe
Ingredients:
5 cups cooked chicken, diced.
3 large apricots, pitted and diced.
Mayonnaise.
2 tablespoons white onion, chopped.
1 stalk celery, chopped.
Salt and pepper.
Directions:
Dice and cook the chicken.
Combine chicken, celery, onion and apricot, with mayonnaise to bind
Season with salt and pepper.

Ingredients:
1 skin, boneless chicken breast half - cut into small pieces
1 potato, peeled and diced
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
Directions:
heat the grill on a medium heat and oil the grate lightly.
Now take two sheets of aluminum foil so you can place the chicken breasts, potatoes, green peppers and onions with barbecue sauce in the center of the foil and pack it.
Make as many packages as you want, and then grilled in a moderately high temperature for about 40 minutes or until the temperature of meat reaches 150 degrees.

Chicken RecipesMushrooms Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
1 soup can of milk
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Pour a can of cream of mushroom soup in a bag of chicken and marinate for several hours.
Cook chicken about 35 minutes in oven at 350 degrees.
While chicken is cooking, prepare the sauce.
Combine salt, pepper, milk, cream of chicken soup and one can of cream of mushroom soup.
Mix well.
Remove chicken from oven and pour the sauce over the chicken and cook for at least 20 minutes.

Chicken RecipesHot chicken Casserole recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
2 cups chicken broth
8 oz cooked noodles
1 can mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup margarine
1/3 cup flour
1 cup milk
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp salt
Directions:
Melt margarine, add flour and stir until smooth.
Gradually add milk and broth, then seasonings and mushrooms.
Combine chicken, cooked noodles and prepared sauce.
Put in ungreased 8 inch x 12 inch x 2 inch baking pan and top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes until well browned.
