Apricot Chicken recipe
Ingredients:
5 cups cooked chicken, diced.
3 large apricots, pitted and diced.
Mayonnaise.
2 tablespoons white onion, chopped.
1 stalk celery, chopped.
Salt and pepper.

Directions:
Dice and cook the chicken.
Combine chicken, celery, onion and apricot, with mayonnaise to bind
Season with salt and pepper.

Barbeque Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
1 skin, boneless chicken breast half - cut into small pieces
1 potato, peeled and diced
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped

Directions:
heat the grill on a medium heat and oil the grate lightly.
Now take two sheets of aluminum foil so you can place the chicken breasts, potatoes, green peppers and onions with barbecue sauce in the center of the foil and pack it.
Make as many packages as you want, and then grilled in a moderately high temperature for about 40 minutes or until the temperature of meat reaches 150 degrees.

Chicken Enchiladas Recipe

Chicken Enchiladas Recipe
Ingredients:
Diced cooked chicken
3 cans cream of chicken soup
2 dozen corn tortillas
Grated cheese to the top
1 can of green chilies cut into squares
1 cup sour cream
1 soup can of milk

Directions:
Mix soup, chilies, sour cream and milk in a large pot.
Heat until bubbles. Remove from heat and dip the tortillas in a mixture at a time.
Make sure you get the whole tortilla covered in sauce.
Place the chicken in the tortillas and roll.
Place the rolled enchiladas in a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Serve with guacamole and sour cream.

Hot chicken Casserole recipe

Hot chicken Casserole recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
2 cups chicken broth
8 oz cooked noodles
1 can mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup margarine
1/3 cup flour
1 cup milk
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp salt

Directions:
Melt margarine, add flour and stir until smooth.
Gradually add milk and broth, then seasonings and mushrooms.
Combine chicken, cooked noodles and prepared sauce.
Put in ungreased 8 inch x 12 inch x 2 inch baking pan and top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes until well browned.
