Ingredients:
2 apples unpeeled sweet
2 c chopped cooked chicken
2 c shredded carrots
2 ts Dijon mustard
1/2 C Mayonnaise
2 TB finely chopped onion
3 stalks celery, chopped
Lettuce leaves
1 TBChopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
in a bowl combine chicken, carrot, onion, apple and celery
Mix the mustard with the mayonnaise.
Add to ingredients in a bowl and mix gently.
Season with salt and pepper.
Arrange lettuce on each plates.
Pile chicken mixture in the center and sprinkle with parsley.
Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1/2 c Carrot, diced
1 c Regular col
1 c Peas
1 c cabbage
1/2 c sugar
1 onion, diced
French dressing
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Shaved cabbage thin.
Cook peas, beets and carrots
until tender, drain and chill.
Mix all the vegetables or arrange in layers or stacks.
mixed are easier
Pour into a French dressing hours before serving.
Spend more on French dressing

Ingredients:
8 small tomatoes
3/4 cup white vinegar
1 medium cauliflower
2 medium green peppers
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 teaspoons salt
Directions:
Cut cauliflower into small flowers. Steam until tender crisp.
Green peppers cut into strips.
Dice tomatoes.
Combine cauliflower, bell pepper strips and tomatoes in a bowl.
Add the vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
Stir gently to mix.
Cool for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Ingredients:
1 bunch spinach
1 head lettuce
1/2 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts
1/2 (16 ounce) can bean sprouts
1/2 (8 ounce) can bamboo shoots
4 tablespoons sesame seeds
Dressing:
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 cup oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
Directions:
Slice water chestnuts. Combine with drained sprouts, drained sprouts, spinach and lettuce.
Toasted sesame seeds in the oven. Add to salad.
Add dressing.
Mix.
Enjoy!
