Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
2 cups cooked corn kernels
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
3 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped pimento
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
Combine corn, green pepper, celery, onion and red pepper in large bowl.
In a small bowl mix the oil, vinegar and seasonings. Stir to mix well.
Pour dressing over corn mixture and toss gently to mix.
Cool for at least 2 hours before serving.

Ingredients:
2 cups ham
1 package macaroni
1/4 cup chopped celery
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Cook macaroni and drain, and add in a large bowl with cubes of ham and celery.
Mix well and use salt and pepper to taste.

Ingredients:
2 cups diced, cooked chicken breast
1 pack elbow macaroni
2 scallions, chopped
1/4 cup ranch dressing
2 stalks celery, chopped
Directions:
cook the elbow macaroni and drain.
Then add the macaroni in a large bowl with chicken, celery and scallions.
Pour on the ranch dressing and mix gently.
Refrigerate

Ingredients:
4small green mangoes
1tsp honey sweetener
1 ¼ cup coconut cream
1small onion, minced
salt and pepper to taste
2tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
Wash and peel the mangoes gate.
Set aside.
In another bowl, mix the coconut cream and lemon juice and honey.
Add the grated mango and onion.
Mix well.
Add salt and pepper as needed.
Set aside at least 10 minutes before serving .Enjoy!
