In America, sushi is often “accused” as foods with high levels of mercury. The New York Times has conducted laboratory tests revealed levels much mercury in tuna in 20 restaurants and shops in the area of Manhattan in New York City. Therefore, tuna sushi is considered a type of sushi which contain the highest levels of mercury. There is also a man of Chicago, which required a sushi bar because he pulled in 2.7 meter tapeworm after eating raw salmon.
However, these concerns are still debated. Many suspect that the problem occurred when the fish used in sushi is not cooked. As for sushi with cooked fish is a good nutritional value, low fat and low in calories. Sushi salmon contain vitamin D, and materials on the sushi rice provides a good carbohydrate for energy. Ingredients:
1/2 c Carrot, diced
1 c Regular col
1 c Peas
1 c cabbage
1/2 c sugar
1 onion, diced
French dressing
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Shaved cabbage thin.
Cook peas, beets and carrots
until tender, drain and chill.
Mix all the vegetables or arrange in layers or stacks.
mixed are easier
Pour into a French dressing hours before serving.
Spend more on French dressing

Ingredients:
4 slices pineapple
Cherries 2
1/2 whipped cream
2 bananas
Mayonnaise
Lettuce leaves
Directions:
Place pineapple slices on lettuce leaves. In
center hole, place 1 / 2 banana for that
upright. Place a spoonful of whipped cream on top
and a cherry - ripe or preserved. Serve
sweetened mayonnaise.

Ingredients:
1 cup green seedless grapes, halved
15 onz can pineapple chunks in juice
1 orange - peeled, chopped and juice reserved
1 banana, sliced
1 apple - peeled, cored and diced
Directions:
In a large bowl, add together the pineapple, apple, orange, banana and grapes.
Add pineapple juice and orange, and cool until serving.
Enjoy!
