Rocket Beef Burger

Rocket Burger, Burger beef Recipe food recipe.
Ingredients:
4 large hamburger buns
1 tablespoon beef fajita seasoning
1 tablespoon bottled steak sauce
1 1/2 pound lean ground sirloin
1 bottle barbecue sauce of your choice
4 slices sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 pound lean ground sirloin
8 slices cooked bacon
1 sweet onion, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
4 slices sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Mix ground beef, chilies, spices and beef fajita sauce in a medium bowl.
Shape into four patties about 3/4-inch thick.
Heat charcoal 30 minutes until covered with ash,
gas grill or heat high 10 minutes with the lid closed,
the position and oil the grill grate 4 inches above heat source.
Stovetop for cooking, heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray.

cook burgers over medium heat 7 to 8 minutes per side or until the center reaches 160 degrees and is no longer pink.
Baste with barbecue sauce tops after turning. Top each patty with cheese about 2 minutes before removing from the grill.
Spray onion rings and slices of bacon with nonstick spray, cook or grill 3 to 5 minutes per side or to desired doneness.
Split into two buns, toast in the oven or around the edges of the grill, if desired.
Spread barbecue sauce on buns. Place burgers, bacon and onion between rolls and serve.Done and Enjoy

Italian Sauce Soup Recipes

Italian Sauce Soup, Soup Recipe an italian delicious taste food.
Ingredients:

1 stalk celery ( chopped 1/2 cup )
8 cups chicken broth
1 14 oz can tomatoes diced
1 8 oz tomato sauce
1 clove minced garlic
1 pound Italian sausage, casings removed if present
1 large chopped onion
1 medium carrot( chopped 1/2 cup)
1 bay leaf
1/2 cup orzo pasta
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds
Finely shredded parmesan cheese

Directions:
in a 4 qt. Dutch oven, cook sausage, onion, carrot and celery over medium heat until sausage is no longer pink. Drain well to remove grease.
Add the chicken broth, undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic, oregano, rosemary, basil, thyme, fennel, bay leaf. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 1 hour.
Add pasta and return to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes uncovered.
Remove and discard bay leaf.
Serve with grated Parmesan.

Italian Chicken Recipe

Italian chicken recipe, easily, practice, no longer time cooking, very easy.

Ingredients:

4 leather, halves of boneless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons dried rosemary

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 (15 oz) chickpeas drained and rinsed

2 tablespoons dried rosemary

1 / 2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 (15 oz) chickpeas drained and rinsed

1 bay leaf
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce

1 1 / 2 c. Tea white sugar

Sugestion:

Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in large Skillet on medium heat. Season chicken with rosemary on both sides and cook chicken in hot oil until golden brown equal, 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from Skillet chicken and set aside.
Pour 1 tablespoon oil in Skillet. Cook garlic and mix with the hot oil until soft, about 1 minute. Add tomatoes, Italian seasoning, pepper, sugar, bay leaf and pepper flakes falling from the pan and stir. Back to Skillet chicken, reduce the heat to medium low. Simmer until chicken is no longer pink in center and juices run clear, 10-12 minutes.
Stir in the chickpeas in a saucepan and cook until beans are heated, 2 to 3 minutes .
