Tofu Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1 block silken tofu
1 tablespoon vinegar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon mirin
2 tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Directions:
Cut the garlic and fry.
Cut the tomatoes into rounds.
Cut the tofu into pieces.
Place the tofu and tomatoes in a dish.
Sprinkle fried garlic over the salad.
Combine the soy sauce, vinegar, mirin and sesame oil for dressing.
Pour the dressing over the salad.

Tomatoes & Onion Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon salt
Small piece of ginger grated
2 medium size ripe tomatoes - diced into small pieces
1 small onion - diced into small pieces
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
10 -12 cleaned and cut cilantro leaves
2 small green peppers - chopped
1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
Directions:
Keep a medium-size skillet over the heat and put vegetable oil.
When the oil is hot, add mustard seeds.

Then add green peppers and grated ginger and fry for 2 minutes.
Now, add onion to it and fry until they are lightly brown.
