Mushroom Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
4 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
8 onz. cream cheese
2 1/2 tsp. grated onion
1/3 cup mayonniase
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Whip together all ingredients except mushrooms.
Mix gently with the mushrooms.
Serve on lettuce leaves.

3 cups cooked lentils
10 cherry tomatoes sliced in half
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup chickpeas
1/2 half green pepper diced
1/2 small onion, diced
1/2 cup sliced black olives

1/3 cup olive oil
