  • Dietary control and exercise. It’s true what they say - all you have to do is watch what you eat, and expend more energy than you consume.

Find the one that works best for you - which is not too much of a task for you to do regularly during the week. Do not pick a routine that does not like - or would not do it, and certainly does not stick with it for long. Also, do not recommend buying all the pain that “no, no gain” mantra. Candlestick Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
4 slices pineapple
Cherries 2
1/2 whipped cream
2 bananas
Mayonnaise
Lettuce leaves

Directions:
Place pineapple slices on lettuce leaves. In
center hole, place 1 / 2 banana for that
upright. Place a spoonful of whipped cream on top
and a cherry - ripe or preserved. Serve
sweetened mayonnaise.

memphis Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar
1 small cabbage, shredded (6 cups)
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 tbsp. Fresh juice vinegar
1/2 cup prepared mustard
1/4 cup chopped sweet pickles
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients, stir with a wire whisk until the sugar dissolves.
Combine cabbage and pickles, add dressing and toss gently.
Chill 1 hour.
