Ingredients:
1cucumber
corriander leaves-a few
1/2tspn Lemon juice
peanut stew with a handful
1carrot
1onion
Dress:
1Coco tbspn
2 green peppers
4Garlic flakes
Salt to taste
Directions:
Cut the cucumber, carrot, onion and corriander finely.
Prepare dressing by grinding all the ingredients in a mixer.
Finally add all the ingredients together with the preparation to make a delicious salad.

Ingredients:
1 stalk celery ( chopped 1/2 cup )
8 cups chicken broth
1 14 oz can tomatoes diced
1 8 oz tomato sauce
1 clove minced garlic
1 pound Italian sausage, casings removed if present
1 large chopped onion
1 medium carrot( chopped 1/2 cup)
1 bay leaf
1/2 cup orzo pasta
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds
Finely shredded parmesan cheese
Directions:
in a 4 qt. Dutch oven, cook sausage, onion, carrot and celery over medium heat until sausage is no longer pink. Drain well to remove grease.
Add the chicken broth, undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic, oregano, rosemary, basil, thyme, fennel, bay leaf. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 1 hour.
Add pasta and return to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes uncovered.
Remove and discard bay leaf.
Serve with grated Parmesan.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups shortening
- 1 pound boneless beef top loin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg beaten Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 / 4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 quart milk
- 1 / 4 c. Tea garlic powder
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
How Chicken Fried Steak:
- Cut the loin crosswise into Top 4 chips.
- each fillet with a small mallet or the wet side of a Cleaver.
- In a large Skillet, heat 1 / 2 inch shortening to 365 degrees F.
- In a bowl beat together eggs, buttermilk, salt and pepper.
- In another tank, the mixture of garlic powder and 1cup flour.
- Dip schnitzel in flour, turning to coat both sides.
- Dip in egg mixture, both sides of the coating, then in flour mixture again.
- Place the steak in heated shortening. Bake until golden brown, once.
- Transfer to a plate with paper towels.
- Repeat with remaining chips. Drain fat, reserving 1 / 2 cup.
- With the reserved drippings in the pan, prepare the sauce on medium heat. Mix 1 / 4 cup flour to a paste.
- Gradually milk to desired consistency, stirring constantly.
