Ingredients:
3 cups cooked lentils
10 cherry tomatoes sliced in half
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup chickpeas
1/2 half green pepper diced
1/2 small onion, diced
1/2 cup sliced black olives
3 sliced basil leaves
1/3 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In a large bowl, close, mix together all ingredients.
Chill 4 hours or more if overnight.

Ingredients:
1 Can crushed pineapple with juice (8-onz)
1 container frozen whipped his head (8-onz, thawed)
3 cups apples (dice)

Directions:
Cool Whip mixture, milk and butter with crushed pineapple juice.

2 apples
2 boiled potatoes
2 cups cooked chicken
1 cup yogurt
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup cooked beans
1 cup sour cream
Salt to taste
Directions:
Cut the potatoes, chicken and apples into pieces.
Mix the yogurt, mayonnaise and cream well.
Add the potatoes, chicken and apples.

Ingredients:
4 chicken breast halves, skinned, boned
1 large tomato, cut into wedges
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 sweet onion, sliced
1 cup cheese and garlic croutons
1/2 cup mesquite-lime marinade
1/2 cup creamy Caesar dressing style
1/2 head lettuce, torn into small pieces
1 green pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
Salt to taste
Directions:
In a baking pan, place chicken and mesquite-lime marinade for all.
Cover and place in refrigerator to marinate for about 1 / 2 hours before roasting.
Now preheat the charcoal grill or gas to medium high heat.
Grill the chicken breasts for about 15 minutes per side until meat is cooked through and no longer pink inside.
Remove from flame and slice into strips when cool.
In a large bowl, add together the lettuce, chicken, onion, pepper, salt, tomato, cheese, croutons and dressing until evenly coated.
