Afritada Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
1 kilogram chicken,cut into pieces
3 pieces potatoes,peeled and halved
1 green pepper,cut into strips
2 cups chicken broth or pork (stock)
1 red pepper,cut into strips
1 red onion,diced
2 tablespoons patis
1 head garlic,minced
1 cup tomato sauce
4 tablespoons cooking oil

Caprese Salad Recipe

Caprese Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
2 large tomatoes
¼ c good olive oil
1 T dried crushed oregano
1 large bunch basil
½ red onion, finely chopped
1 ½ C fresh mozzarella cheese
¼ C balsamic vinegar
Fresh ground black pepper

Directions:
in a bowl Cut the mozzarella into ¼ inch slices,spread  and smother with vinegar.
Set aside.
The tomato slice ¼ inch thick slices. Arrange on plates.
Take a slice of mozzarella and rub both sides of the vinegar.
Place on top of a slice of tomato. Repeat with the remaining cheese.
Remove the basil stalks, and then arrange the tomato basil cheese-piles.
cut the first slice or basil.
Sprinkle the diced onion in the caprese.
Sprinkle with olive oil
Sprinkle with oregano and pepper.
