Healthy Potato Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
6 large potatoes (white)
1 can black olives
3 eggs
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bunch scallions
1 large bottle of light ranch dressing
Bacon
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Boil potatoes until tender.
Drain. Cool, cut into chunks.
Boil eggs hard. Cool and cut.
Cook the bacon and let cool.
Is cooling while the bacon, chopped scallions into small pieces.
Add a plate of potatoes.
Add olives and eggs. Crumble bacon into bowl and add ranch dressing.
Mix well and add 2 cloves of garlic and salt and pepper to taste.

Lemon Lime Salad Recipe

Lemon Lime Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1 package (3 oz) lemon gelatin
1 package (3 oz) lemon gelatin
1 can (8 onz) crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup boiling water
2 teaspoons horseradish
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup mayonnaise

Directions:
In a large bowl,mix gelatin in boiling water until completely dissolved.
Sir together mayonnaise, sour cream, cottage cheese, pineapple and horseradish.
Stir in gelatin mixture, mixing well.
Pour into a 1 1/2 quarts of mold.
Chill several hours or until set.
Unmold

Healthy Berry Fruit Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup blueberries
1 cupHalved strawberries
1/  cup orange juice
1 cup raspberries
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon honey

Directions:
Combine all fruit in a small bowl. In another bowl, combine the orange juice, cinnamon and honey and stir well.
Pour this mixture over fruit and mix so that all fruits are covered with the dressing.
Enjoy!

Healthy Simple Fruit Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
4 slices of kiwi
1 cup Halved strawberries
1 cup melon Balled
1 cup drained mandarin
1/3 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon honey

Directions:
Combine all fruit in a large bowl and mix to well assorted fruits.
In a small bowl combine the honey and orange juice and mix well.
Pour this mixture over fruit and place in freezer for 30 minutes before serving.
Enjoy!
