Oyster Miso is delicious seafood dish recipe that is easy on the make, this dish is made from fresh oysters and a few vegetables that are very healthy.
Ingredients:
- 200 grams of fresh oysters, rinsed
- 1200 g spinach, cut
- 100 grams of fresh mushrooms oyster
- 2 leeks, cut
Mayonnaise:
- 700 ml soy milk
- 2 tablespoons yellow miso
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 15 grams onion, finely chopped
- 70 ml Japanese soy sauce

- 1 teaspoon sugar
Directions:
