Orange Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
4 oranges, peeled
Either 12 pitted black olives, sliced in half
1 t white wine vinegar
1 t olive oil
1 small white onion, thinly sliced
1 t chopped fresh rosemary
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Peel oranges, removing as much of the interior of white skin as possible.
Slice and arrange on a plate.
Arrange the onion slices and olives on top of the oranges, then sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper.
Whisk vinegar and oil, then drizzle over the oranges.
