Indian Pasta Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
230 grams Green Beans
300 grams thin noodles
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon mustard seeds
3 tomatoes (chopped)
1/3 cup roasted Cashew pieces
1 teaspoon red chile powder
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
1-1/2 cup water
2 tbsp Ghee
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Process half of cashewnuts roasted with lemon juice and water in blender.
Heat ghee in a pan and add mustard seeds.
Add the mustard seeds begin to crackle when Asafoetida.
Now add the cashewnuts (left), chile powder and tomato. Sauté for a few minutes.
Remove from the flame.
Boil water with salt in a large pot and add the green beans.
When the beans are cooked, add noodles.
Cook again until the dough becomes tender.
Drain the pasta well and transfer into the pot with the ingredients.
Add salt and pepper.
