Healthy Simple Pasta Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
3 cups rotini pasta
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup broccoli crowns
1/2 cup Italian dressing
1/2 cup sun-dried tomato
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Directions:
rotini pasta boil until soft and ready to eat.
Before the pasta is finished, add the broccoli and carrots and boil enough to soften the vegetables a bit.
Drain and add all ingredients in a bowl.
Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and Italian dressing and mix well.
Refrigerate
