Healthy Italian Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian herb mix
1 clove crushed garlic and finely chopped
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and whisk vigorously until emulsified.
Refrigerated overnight for best results, but can be used immediately.
Can be stored for several weeks in the refrigerator.
Shake well before serving.
