Egg Salad recipe, Easy salad recipe to cook
Ingredients:
6 eggs fully boiled
1 Tomato (thinly sliced into rings)
2tsp lemon juice
2 boiled Potatoes
1 Capsicum 1 onion (thinly sliced into rings)
Black pepper to taste
Finely Chopped coriander leaves
salt to taste
Directions:
Cut the eggs in halves.
Remove the dough with egg yolk and boiled potatoes.
Mix salt, pepper, lemon juice and chopped cilantro.
Fill the egg white mixture.
Serve egg salad on a plate decorated with onions, tomatoes, peppers and chopped cilantro.
