Grilled Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
2 eggs Whisker
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 package yellow or white onion, diced fine
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons white vinegar
3 tablespoons chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste.
Directions:
In a bowl , whisk eggs and add all other ingredients.
Add chicken. Marinade in a Ziploc bag for at least 31/2 hours.
Turn occasionally.Prepare medium-hot grill. Allow to warm up at least 15 minutes.
Place chicken on the grill. After 3 minutes, pick it up and give it a quarter turn.
Sear another 3 minutes. Flip over. After 3 minutes more, give it another quarter turn.
Grill until the internal temperature reads 145 degrees F, about 15 minutes depending on the total thickness.
