Chicken Sesame Recipe

Chicken Sesame Recipe
Ingredients:
8 onz uncooked linguine
2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
1 cup thinly sliced green onions
1/2 cup reduced-fat peanut butter
2 tsp rice vinegar
2 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 cup carrots cut phosphorus
2/3 cup organic vegetable broth
1 tsp bottled ground fresh ginger (such as Spice World)
2 tsp Smirch (hot chile sauce)
2 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat.
Add carrots to pasta during the last 3 minutes of cooking.
Drain well.
Combine broth and next 5 ingredients in a food processor, process until smooth.
Combine pasta mixture, chicken and onion in large bowl.
Sprinkle the soup mix of pasta mixture; throwing well.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
