Butter Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pound chicken breast - cubed
1 cup cooked tomatoes
1/2 cup evaporated milk
4 tbsp curry powder
1/2 cup yogurt simple
1 onion - diced
1/4 cup mashed ginger and garlic
3 tablespoon margarine
2 peppers - chopped
Directions:
Mix curry powder, ginger and puree with yogurt and salt to taste.
Add the chicken and place in oven to 350 degrees.
Bake for 30 minutes and then remove from oven.
Sauté onion and bell pepper in margarine in large skillet until soft.
Add stewed tomatoes. 6. Cook until sauce is formed, add the chicken.
Slowly add milk and cook over low heat for 30 minutes
