Ingredients:
450g/1lb Minced Beef
1 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 small Onion, finely chopped or grated
A little Oil
Black Pepper
Salt
4 thin slices of Cheese
Direction:
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well until mixture squidging mixed with your hands.
Form the mixture into 8 small burgers, baste with a little oil and get off at the oiled grill and cook over medium coals 3-6 minutes per side, depending on how you want your meat.
3 minutes before the burgers are ready, place a slice of cheese on top of each and finish cooking. Cheese slightly.
Serve on its own or in a bun with toppings such as shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, sliced cucumbers in vinegar, mustard, ketchup or mayonnaise.
